Wafai Mahairi did a great job of explaining the buttons, switches, and knobs inside the Versa that I bought, as well as introducing me to the staff in the service and parts departments. I appreciate Wafai pairing my cell phone to the car for handsfree use.

Very pleasant, initial service experience with this dealership!! Their service advisor Heath Childs, exceeded all my expectations!! We put my car’s particular’s into his computer system, and then we addressed why I was there for!! (oil change) We discussed adding a tire rotation, (which we did). He added, that there was a software update that was available on my car, and that it was a lengthy update!! We scheduled the software update for next week….and he arranged transportation to my home and and return to dealership when the update was completed!! Very happy with my experience with dealership!!
