Had talked to the dealership a week ahead of time picked out five cars that I would like to have test driven for my daughter set up a time. But the salesman that I had done all the leg work with handed us over to another person who was not involved in the conversation. My daughter came down from Fayetteville to test drive the vehicles she was interested in. The salesman that was with us seemed pretty occupied with other tasks from previous work I.e. sales from the days before . Never met with anyone else besides the guy who was there. He said that all the cars we picked had gotten sold. But after researching we found 3 stilll on the lot. We felt uncomfortable with that. I used to sell flooring so when I made appointments I would keep them. Not hand off to other sales agents. When you say you want my business and then not even acknowledge me. Then I think you have judged me Also when we tried to make a deal they tacked on $2500 dollars to the original price that was on CarGuru When we asked about it we were told it was for getting the car ready for us to drive home. They also ran my daughter credit . Her score was 780 She has financed a Home on her own but they say d she has not finac d an auto loan there for the wanted to charge her more in Interest rates I’m sure that was a bunch of xxxx Will Not Get any thing from them I suggest that you should Run Forrest Run

I wanted an upgrade on our 23 Pathfinder. They were willing to do it, in conjunction with the oil change. Noone knew that our vehicle already had this upgrade until they got started on the work. Of course, they did find out, told me and thus no charge. We appreciate your honesty, thank you.
