They took my 2018 GMC Acadia as trade-in and they would never let me know the trade-in value. I kept asking and they kept telling me they didn’t know after everything was said and done. I found out that they only valued my vehicle at $1500 And they charged me what I owed on the vehicle instead of valuing it at at least $12,000. They added the $7200 onto the finish price.

When I arrived, Gary Layton, the service advisor, informed me that my wait would be approximately 1.5 hours, which turned out to be very accurate. He is always very courteous and respectful.

Gary, in the service department, did a great job of taking care of my car.
I wanted an upgrade on our 23 Pathfinder. They were willing to do it, in conjunction with the oil change. Noone knew that our vehicle already had this upgrade until they got started on the work. Of course, they did find out, told me and thus no charge. We appreciate your honesty, thank you.

Tyler English did an awesome job on working with us and getting us in our 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek. He was patient with us as we looked at a few others before deciding on the rock creek.
