I took my 2023 Nissan Kicks in for its first service at the McLarty Nissan-NLR Service Department yesterday morning at 9 AM. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by service advisor Gary Layton, who explained the service that was due on my vehicle. While Gary got my vehicle right in for service, I passed the time in their customer lounge perusing a couple of interesting magazines and enjoying a cup of cappuccino coffee. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Mike & Andrew were great. Didn't like finance man being pushy on buying expensive warranty that we didn't want or need. Started making my husband angry. We came to buy a car not to be sold one. We didn't come to buy a warranty, if we had wanted it we would have requested it. We didn't need to be pushed beyond what the budget we set even though he kept trying to force it way beyond that.
Everyone was very helpful and understood we didn’t want to waste time sitting around at the dealership. The majority of the process happened before we got to the dealership. This is the third vehicle I have bought from this dealership, and I will continue going to them in the future.
